Bass Lake Inn Policies

Reservation Policy
Phone or Internet reservations are only accepted with a valid credit card. We do not accept reservations or cancellations through email. Upon booking a room, we will send a confirmation to your email address. Guests are requested to note both the arrival and departure dates & days of the week. Our cancellation policy is 24 hours in advance of arrival date. If you do not cancel before 24 hours, we reserve the right to charge your credit card for one nights’ stay. Policies and pricing may be subject to change for holidays, large party bookings, and special events. Room rates are based on single/double occupancy. Additional adults will be charged $10 each per night.

Check In Time
Check in time is 3:00 PM-6:00 PM every day of the week.  Bass Lake Inn DOES NOT have a 24 hour front desk or late night staff. If checking in later than 6:00pm, arrangements need to be made prior to check in. The Inn is a separate building from the restaurant. Inn guests must check in at the front desk of the Bass Lake Taverne. Guests will need a valid credit card and a photo I.D. at check in. A $100 minimum hold per night stay will be placed on your credit card even if you are paying with cash. Please leave your luggage in your car during check in.

Check Out Time
Check out 11:00 AM. Later check outs are subject to room availability and our managers’ discretion

Smoking & Pet Policy
Bass Lake Inn rooms are smoke and pet free. Guests are welcomed to smoke on their porch, or in the gardens. Guests who violate the smoking policy agree to pay a $250 Cleaning Fee to cover dry cleaning draperies and bedding as well as carpet cleaning.

Children at the Inn
Well behaved and supervised children are welcomed. Our guests are here to enjoy the quiet nature of the Inn. Controlling your children is greatly appreciated by all.
